Tiphany's Background

Tiphany has held a central position as Engagement & Support Co-ordinator at the National Mikey Powell Memorial Family Fund (NMPMFF) for 3 years, which supports families affected by state custody deaths.

She has lead responsibility for engagement with the NMPMFF’s registered grant applicants, its official Assessment Partners and related services, as well as assisting in the administration of the NMPMFF Holiday Awards Initiative and any planned local, regional or national events.

From 2023 she has also supported Catalyst 4 Change by providing essential general administrative services whilst the organisation pursues a permanent Central Executive Secretary role.

This has included a range of general administrative support with backlogged records, evaluation & attendance records and providing essential office management.

She supports the Catalyst Engagement and Community Development Programmes and team members

(e.g., helping with member and call-to-action matters, PCREF admin support and records as well as liaison with Catalyst members in relation to planned breakfast networking sessions and more).

Supporting the development of social and wellbeing events for vulnerable families

Has held responsibility for supporting family grant applications and events co-ordination nationally

Procurement of support in-kind and performing artists for community events

For 3+ years she has acted as Engagement & Support Co-ordinator for the National Mikey Powell Memorial Family Fund and is central to its service delivery and member management and support
