Our Living Toolkit resources were developed in partnership with various local organisations and enterprises, including Birmingham Voluntary Services Council (BVSC), BlueSky Coaching, EW Accounting and Training Personified.

Developed by Training Personified, these resources cover the importance of website, social media etc, conveying your message to potential service users or customers, effective showcasing of services and facilities, online income generation tips and privacy measures and GDRP to comply with good practice.
