Capacity Building

CATALYST 4 CHANGE provides relevant signposting and capacity building pathways for user-led and influenced, voluntary and community mental health and wellbeing organisations, and actively encourages leaders with a lived experience.

This also includes networking opportunities with other members and external professional services that offer member discounts (where applicable).

Service Incubation

The service incubation provision provides the safety net of a fully an accountable agency acting as the responsible body for developing organisations until they have the confidence and necessary infrastructure to be fully independent.

Established organisations can also experience periods where their governance capacity is adversely affected and in need of  a temporary incubation.

Research & Evaluation

We undertake both our own, as well as joint research and evaluation projects in order to support and inform our member organisations working in the community.

We also act as a representative voice and intermediary with public as well as statutory bodies in relation to policy development, consultation and service improvements for and on behalf of our members. 

Professional Services

We will maintain an up-to-date online directory of both member and external professional services across a broad spectrum from print services, office furniture to consultancy.

In addition most professional service providers will extend discounted rates to affiliate members, and affiliates themselves can register any professional services they may provide on the directory as well.
