Beverley worked in the NHS for 35 years in a wide variety of roles which had included being a registered NHS nurse, senior manager, project manager and regional director. During that time she had progressed to work as a consultant to assist developing people, teams, and improving failing services.

Sandra holds lead responsibility for the development of Catalyst's strategic partnerships and business opportunities, and is our key representative in the areas of national collaboration and intelligence, research and evaluation, policy development and community training initiatives.

Central Services & Development Manager

Tippa Naphtali


Tippa holds lead responsibility for Catalyst 4 Change’s community-based services which include advocacy, skills development, mentoring drop-in services, governance training and others. He also provides oversight and management of Catalyst's governance, internal information and communications.

Summary of the CATALYST Team


The CATALYST 4 CHANGE team is made up of core directors/managers, salaried, sessional, volunteers and third party associates. The core team first came together in 2015 with a shared vision to tackle mental health inequalities, and support grassroots activities aimed at those affected.


The collective team have many decades of combined experience in delivering a range of wellbeing and community initiatives to some of the most vulnerable people in our society.
