VACANCIES @ CATALYST

Our Opportunities

We are a small and passionate team with big ambitions. We are committed to working with Black communities in the West Midlands to tackle mental health inequalities and racial injustice head on so that Black communities thrive and that their mental health support needs are met.

We believe that improving the mental health and wellbeing of the Black communities will only happen when we collaborate and stop working in silos.

Partnerships

We work in partnership with a wide range of stakeholders from people with a lived experience of mental health problems and their carers, Black community members, grassroots organisations, voluntary sector, mental health trusts, academic institutions, faith communities, media, businesses and entrepreneurs.

This is an exciting time to join an organisation which is growing and developing.

Black Thrive

In 2020 we become the Black Thrive partner in Birmingham which has secured long term funding to achieve our goals and aspirations.

This means our work is challenging, but both exciting and extremely rewarding.

We now have some great new opportunities to join our growing team.
