Home Group are a social enterprise and a charity with a turnover of over £350m and one of the UK’s largest providers of high quality housing and integrated housing, health and social care.

They believe that everyone has the right to a home and are helping thousands of people find the home that’s right for them whether that’s;

Home Group have been around for more than 80 years and are as proud to be a social enterprise and a charity with a commercial approach. It’s this spirit that means last year their turnover was £350 million and all their surplus was re-invested into the things that matter like repairs, improvements and building more homes.

They are proud of their past but what keeps them going is what they’re doing right now – making a difference to communities, shaping the future of housing and delivering new approaches to healthcare.

Bringing healthcare closer to home

Home Group have been working with NHS partners to provide integrated health, housing and social care that makes a real difference and relieves pressure on the NHS. In 2016/2017 they worked with over 26,000 vulnerable people through nearly 500 supported housing, justice and health services. Their work with NHS partners at the Home View service was recognised in the HSJ Partnership Awards 2018 shortlist.
