Alicia holds responsibility, along with the Programmes & Partnership Director, for the delivery of Catalyst’s projects relevant to our Programmes & Partnerships initiatives.


The Programme initiatives are aligned to the Black Thrive Programme which aims to articulate the changes in systems conditions that will enable the black community to thrive.

Alicia's Background


Alicia is a Programme and Project Management professional, with a background in operational strategy, community engagement, and project delivery.


Throughout her career, Alicia has collaborated with a wide range of stakeholders, including non-profit organisations, local government, and large-scale infrastructure projects like HS2. Her work spans the development and implementation of community initiatives designed to improve resource access and drive social impact. Alicia’s experience also includes strategic stakeholder engagement, contract management, and programme evaluation, ensuring long-term project success and sustainability.


With a strong commitment to supporting underrepresented groups, Alicia has led successful outreach campaigns, developed volunteer programmes, and worked closely with community organisations to provide targeted mental health and wellbeing support. Her approach is both strategic and compassionate, prioritising accessible, community-driven solutions.


In July 2023, Alicia founded Inward Parenting, an organisation focused on empowering single mothers through fostering resilience and improving mental health and wellbeing within single-parent households.


Alicia’s ongoing studies in Integrative Counselling further deepen her understanding of mental health issues, equipping her with valuable insights to oversee inclusive, culturally competent programmes that create lasting impact in the community she serves.
