Blackwater Tech extends charity grants in 2023

With the recent success of the UK Charity Grant 2022, Blackwater Tech are now extending this to 2023. You can now apply for the grant to further support growth through 2023.


UK Charity grant award worth £5000 are available for qualifying charities and non profits across UK.

Throughout 2022 Blackwater Tech had seen that the need for securing online data has never been more important. There is a rampant rise in cyberattacks, ransomware and phishing attempts to take advantage of organisations in their early stages of digital transformation.


The UK Charity Grant has been put together to allow qualifying charities and nonprofits to setup security across their core business digital operations.

The grants awarded will include (amongst others):


Email security

The UK Charity grant allows you to enable the fundamental email security configuration in place to ensure that malicious emails are quarantined and blocked.


Data security

With core cloud storage features around Office 365 configured linking with Microsoft Azure, you can ensure sensitive information is handled securely across all users and devices. 


Volunteer and temporary staff management

Get the configuration required to allow simple onboarding and offboarding of temporary staff to ensure that all your donor information is safe.


Data backups and Ransomware protection

The UK Charity Grant also caters to setup required to ensure data backups across devices and Office 365 is securely processed allowing you to quickly recover in case of a disaster such as a ransomware attack.
