The National Council for Voluntary Organisations have published five key insights for 2023 that all voluntary and community organisations need to consider in order to ensure the health of their organisations and activities in the coming year and beyond.

They include topics such as the cost of living crisis and charitable impact, supporting and retaining volunteers, strengthening your commitment to tackle inequality in our organisation, how upcoming political changes affect how your campaigns; and new laws and regulations that will change how charities can operate.

These are all worth close examination and implementation (where needed) to ensure that you maintain good practice, stay ‘on-topic’ and legally compliant.
